The restaurant serves top quality food, and the meeting rooms are a good size. I've stayed here many times and will be back. It's a huge place, with a large pool and a family friendly feel.

The place itself is good, but I didn't get much help from the two men at the front desk. A woman tried to help with my payment and was nice, though she couldn't get it sorted in the end. The food also fell short of what you'd expect from a hotel like this.

10/10
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel has a boutique feel. Rates are usually $170/night, though groups reserving multiple rooms for events like weddings or conferences may find rates as low as $99/night for two people, breakfast included.

On a month long trip with my partner, this was the worst hotel we stayed in. I'm a travel agent and usually pretty forgiving about hotel shortcomings, but a hotel wide party shook the walls and bed with noise until after 2am. When I complained, they said every room was affected and basically left it at that. The hotel is cheap, old, and has no class. I also emailed asking for help arranging an airport transfer and got no reply. I’ll advise my clients, friends, and even enemies to avoid it.

The shared areas were nice, and the food and drinks were great. Some rooms feel a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable.
