We slept well, thanks to the comfortable bed and pillows, and the tub in the bedroom worked fine. It took around 90 minutes to fill, though. In room #5, both the TV and bathroom were small, and the shower tiles were slippery. The hotel was excellent for location, service, cleanliness, and security. It’s a very nice hotel and one of the best options in Mindo.

The owner and manager was very kind and helpful. They also set us up with a great bird guide and massage. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay.

Ronny was a great help with tips on things to see nearby. We found the beds cozy and the room very comfortable at Mindo Toucan Platinum Suites. I’m planning another trip to Mindo and will book here again. Enjoy your stay!

Ronny was always smiling and ready to help, and his good English made things easy. The room felt like home, with a balcony and kitchen, and it was clean and comfortable. It’s only two minutes from the center, in a very quiet neighborhood. Thanks to Ronny and the staff for such an enjoyable stay.

We had a really spacious, spotless suite with a kitchen and a lovely outdoor seating area. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. The staff were kind, flexible, and accommodating. Town is just a few minutes away on foot, but it stays quiet at night. We loved our stay here.
