They promised hot water, but we didn't have any. The breakfast was terrible, and they skipped cleaning one day out of the three. There are better options around.

The employees were very nice and responsive, but the hotel has a lot of problems. They seemed understaffed, and the facilities weren't well cared for. The restaurant is right at the building's main entrance. Our first-floor unit felt dark and enclosed, so after the first night we asked to move. They did move us to a room on the third floor with a nice view, but the stairs are very steep, so be careful if you're with children or older people. We had three children, one aged 5 and two aged 4, along with five adults. At first the hotel gave us one price, then at the end they wanted to charge extra for the children and for each breakfast the kids had. I thought that was ridiculous. The reservation staff and hotel staff need to communicate better. Not recommended, there are prettier and better options around Cojimies.
