The kids were happy with the pizza, and we kept them busy with Uno upstairs. We ate here several times and really liked the slow-cooked dishes. The service and cocktails were excellent, and paying by card was a real help since Mompiche had no ATM for international travelers as of August, 2025.

La Facha was a lovely place to stay, clean and welcoming. Mompiche is so laid-back, great for unwinding by the beach. Tito was a wonderful host, and we all loved our time there. Definitely recommend staying here 👌👌

The building itself is full of art, creativity, and such thoughtful detail, and it made for a peaceful, beautiful place to spend a few days. We had a fantastic stay, largely thanks to Tito, who was such a legend. We can't thank him enough.

I felt completely at ease staying here, and Tito was a great host. This is my favorite hostel on Ecuador's coast, and one of the best I've stayed at anywhere. I can see myself coming back soon.

We only stopped in for drinks and didn't stay, but the outside looked lovely. Even with the place empty, we waited a while for the waitress. The juices arrived warm, and she brought soda bottles without glasses. We asked for glasses, but she never brought them, so I had to go downstairs myself. Her attitude felt very negative and unpleasant. The prices were the biggest letdown: $2.75 for a small juice and $1.50 for a really tiny plastic Coke bottle, about double what we paid elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend it.
