Beautiful grounds, a fantastic pool, great cocktails, and incredible food. The hotel is right on the beach, with amazing sunsets and 24-hour security. The rooms are simple and clean, with everything you need. I absolutely love this place.

The manager and his assistant were awful to my family, mean and rude. We were hoping to get food and spend the day there, but they wanted $30 per person to use the pool. We said fine, we’d order food and cocktails instead, but the guy at the bar told us that if we weren’t spending $30 each, we should just eat and leave. Really? There were about 15 of us, and of course we were ready to spend money there. Their attitude was enough to put us off. The manager didn’t seem to care about the business.

The young man at the poolside bar was very rude to me. When I asked for the manager, he was timid and let the employee control the situation. I used to really love this place, but with the owners living in Australia, it seems the staff don’t care anymore. I stayed on Feb 10th, 2026.

When I first arrived from Perth, WA a long time ago, I happened to meet the owners and we had a great conversation. It was a truly lovely experience. I was excited to return with my whole family, but this time the staff were kind of rude and made us feel unwelcome. It wasn’t even busy, yet they rushed us to leave as soon as possible.
