The breakfast wasn’t tasty, and the reception is two floors up stairs just to pick up the key. Getting in is muddy, and many cars can’t make it all the way up. Inside, the room and bathroom weren’t clean, there was a strong damp smell, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Reality didn’t match the pictures at all. I stayed one night and definitely won’t return.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the penthouse stay was a big disappointment. Housekeeping needs work, and the room details were poor: the phone didn’t work and the bedding was very low quality, with no mattress protection. Staff were okay, though the food options were limited. It could be a good place if they fixed these issues.

The hilltop setting gives you nice scenery, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The pool is tiny, and there are lots of construction mistakes. Staff are always ready to help, though the food is just average. If you’re here to party, this is definitely the place.

The views are the best part, and it’s a fun, social place. Breakfast was great, the staff were awesome, and the passes to loco polo were a nice extra.
