Rooms were super clean and the place was cozy, well maintained, and very clean. Service was great, and the place is pet friendly, which mattered most to us. My wife and I stayed one night. Breakfast was amazing: I had a great coffee, and my wife had a hot chocolate. The lake parking area is about five minutes away by car, or you could bring your bike or take a warm-up walk before visiting Quilotoa Lake.

The one good thing was breakfast, and the hotel was close to the bus for leaving town. Otherwise, it was one of the worst places I've stayed for the price. The staff were rude, the downstairs bathroom smelled disgusting, and I had to ask for a room key and towels. There wasn't even drinking water for guests, and the place was freezing. Wouldn't recommend.

Good value, with a lovely hotel and a friendly family. The common area was spacious, the blankets warm, and breakfast great. It's just a short walk to the lake's rim.

The meals were a highlight, every one of them was delicious, two or three courses, and very affordable. Carlitos was extremely nice and accommodating. We stayed two nights just outside Quilotoa, still within walking distance, which meant we avoided the noise from dogs and other farm animals. If you're thinking of staying in Quilotoa, stay here!

After a very cold, rainy walk along the rim, we stopped here for lunch. It was cozy inside, and the food was excellent.
