We loved Galapagos so much that we booked a second stay at Casa Galapagos, and Pricila accepted it that same day. They even arranged more ferries for us to get to Isabela. Before we arrived, Dario and Pricila were helpful on WhatsApp, making sure we knew what we needed and booking ferries onward to the other islands. Dario had been a guide for 15 years before starting Casa Galapagos, and it showed in how well he looked after visitors. He gave us useful advice on where to go and when, and what to ask tour agencies to get the right trips. The hotel was immaculate, clearly new, and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's a couple of minutes' walk from Avenue Charles Darwin, making it an easy base. They lent us brand-new snorkeling gear for free, and Pricila cooked a lovely breakfast each day, including a boxed breakfast when we had an early start. Thanks to Dario and Pricila for making our time on Santa Cruz so good. We can't recommend staying with them enough. Thank you, Tom & Miranda

We had a great time at Casa Fragata. Elizabethe was a wonderful host, going out of her way to help us and show us some spectacular beaches in the area. I'll be back!

We only had 72 hours on this beautiful island and in this lovely village, which is a shame. The accommodations were excellent, and our hostess couldn't have been more gracious. Ellie is a real goodwill ambassador for all of Galapagos. She even walked me down to the water taxis so I could get to Las Grietas. Breakfast was different and delicious each day. I'll truly miss Casa Fragata.

The quiet location is just a few minutes' walk from the main street, and there's no traffic noise. It felt like having the comfort of home along with the privacy of my own space. Mónica made the stay especially good, taking care with everything from clean rooms and safety to making sure guests didn't miss breakfast. Her warmth made me feel at home. I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and I'd come back. Highly, highly recommended.
