Joseline was a wonderful host, full of good recommendations. She even arranged a last-minute trip for us to a coffee farm, a moonshine farm, and a private ecolodge with tortoises. This is a lovely, peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city. Once you step into the garden, you’re surrounded by a high wall and thoughtful little details: colorful glass-bottle flowers set into the walls, labels for many endemic plants, and artistic touches throughout. Everything was spotless, and the rooms were large and comfortable.

Our hosts were amazing, and Josie went above and beyond to help us in every way after we were involved in an accident during our stay. The Galapagos Suites is small and friendly, with large, clean, well-equipped rooms. It’s about a five-minute walk to the main street, and breakfast was good. I highly recommend it.

I had such a good week at Galapagos Suites. Joseline and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and made me feel welcome. My room was wonderful and always clean, and I really enjoyed breakfast each morning. If I return to Santa Cruz island, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Everything is close to this hotel, which was a big plus, and Joseline helped us with recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and a travel agency, saving us time. She and her team were fantastic. We were on the top floor and had a lovely view. Breakfast was delicious too. It was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, really fantastic and amazing. If you’re going to Puerto Ayora, stay here and meet Joseline, a fantastic woman. Thanks for everything, Joseline ❤️.

Joseline was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The boutique hotel is in a quiet spot in the heart of Puerto Ayora, so we slept well, and the room was kept beautifully clean. Beaches, cafés, and restaurants are easy to reach, and getting to the dive companies for day trips was simple. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Divers can easily walk to Scuba Iguana, which I recommend as an excellent company. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Puerto Ayora. Thank you, Joseline!
