Plaza Luna is on the main street, but set back enough to stay quiet. The staff are ready to help with anything, including packing breakfast to go for an early excursion. Rooms are clean, the AC works great, and drinking water is available. I recommend it to anyone staying in Santa Cruz.

After a bit of a mishap at our previous hotel, we were lucky this one had a room. The staff welcomed us so warmly, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic. Most of all, they went out of their way to make our stay special and memorable.

The hotel is right in the middle of the main street, with the waterfront about 40m from the front door. Even with everything close by, the rooms are peaceful and quiet. They take care of everything for you, and the grounds feel secure. Our room was spacious, clean, and well looked after. Prices are very affordable. Highly recommended.

It's a quiet, elegant, and very nice hotel on the city's main street. The rooms have AC, and continental breakfast is served on site. The drinking water dispensers are a real plus in this hot climate. The only downside is that there's not enough bathroom space for toiletries for two people.
