The host Nancy was so kind and attentive, always ready to help. I had a wonderful time here with family and friends during a yoga retreat. The rooms sit in the forest, so you feel close to nature, and the local food is really good. There’s a pool and a small play area for children.

The restaurant was fine, though nothing special. My main difficulty was communicating, since none of the staff spoke English. The rooms at El Campito hotel were nice, quiet, and peaceful, and the air conditioning worked really well. I had a great stay.

Such a peaceful spot in a beautiful setting. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with hot water, a comfy bed, and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, and I loved the garden and pool too. I’ll definitely come back :)

We had a quiet, lovely stay among the trees in the heart of Ayampe. The service was awesome, and when we made a couple of unusual requests, they sorted them out quickly with a smile 😁. Great for a romantic break or a family stay. Highly recommend.

We had four great days here. If you want to be comfortable but still get a bit of a jungle feel, this place near Ayampe is a good pick.
