Katy and everyone there were so kind. We had a great time, and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast and bikes came with our stay too. Easily the best hostal in el Puyo! 😊💕

After a busy workday, this was a lovely place to unwind. The room was clean and breakfast tasted great. The owner is a wonderful, reassuring person, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

We paid in advance after being assured there was a garage. When we got there, we found it wasn't inside the hotel, and they wouldn't give us our money back.

The owners and staff were so kind and helpful that they made up for a couple of issues. Our double room and ensuite bathroom felt a little small, and we couldn't get the hot water working. The owner also runs a travel agency and arranges tours, including day trips, and was happy to explain how to plan excursions on our own. Breakfast was excellent too, just $3 per person. We had a wonderful weekend stay in Puyo.
