I was only there for one night, but the hotel looks very nice. The rooms were clean and crisp, though the lighting seemed dim to me. Breakfast is worth buying with your stay. The staff were polite and respectful, but a bit too serious.

I stayed for 15+ days. The staff were good, but the little gaps in the basics brought down the whole experience. You have to ask for some things: there was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room, no kettle, only limited toiletries, and no mini bar.

The staff were courteous and the place was well maintained, with excellent accommodations. I’d definitely stay here on my next trip to Ecuador, whether I’m visiting Quito for business or pleasure.

It was good, but the service could improve, as could the way they arrange the meeting room space. It was very crowded.

Nice people, great service, and a clean room. The infrastructure could use some remodeling.
