Elena is really friendly, and we enjoyed our stay at Chez Elena with our travel group. The cozy, lovely apartment accommodated 7 people, with kitchen facilities, warm rooms, and towels for everyone.

Paco and Elena were so friendly and gave us lots of helpful, honest advice. It's a very nice place to stay, run by warm people. A must-stay in Quito!

Mrs. Elena and her family put their effort into running the establishment and are always happy to make our stay better. They're sociable and cultured people.
