Hostal Alua Rio

The blue rooms and the decor make the place feel cozy, and they clearly care about the details. But the basics need attention: the shower never got properly hot, the sink had low water pressure, and the internet didn't work well. I also found condoms under my bed. Basic cleanliness matters.

There's a park across the street where you can relax, and the area by the entrance is handy for both business and downtime. The place is welcoming, with roomy parking and a range of rooms for families or individual guests.

Even after staying several days and paying all my expenses, they treated me like a criminal. They had no cash and acted as if I was going to steal fifty cents. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

It was an affordable place to spend some time, but leaving was a problem. The receptionist had disappeared and locked us in for almost an hour, then came back as though nothing had happened.
