The room was clean, comfortable, and really nice, and there were tons of blankets plus a space heater when it got cold. The food was great, and the staff treated us like family. There’s a karaoke lounge next door, so it can get a little loud, but we got used to it pretty quickly.

The courtyard is unbelievably beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. Everyone on staff helped us with everything, including our luggage. Breakfast was perfect too. Such an incredible place to stay.

I got there too early and only had a coffee. Maybe it’s better in the evening, but people kept telling me it wasn’t safe for travelers to go alone.

There was plenty of space for our family, and the location in Old Town was great. If you're lucky, you’ll get good views of El Panecillo. The kitchenette wasn’t much use since it had nothing in it. Bus and airport transfers were expensive, so arranging them yourself could be cheaper.

The street is packed with restaurants, and vendors practically mug you trying to get you into each one. It is safe if you stay between the two bridges, with security there, but things can get sketchy beyond them. I wasn’t impressed.
