The rooms are pretty basic, but the place is clean and feels safe.

For $21 a night, I had a great room with two beds, solid wifi, cable TV, and a nice view outside. The shower was actually hot! Someone is available around the clock if you need help, and they were happy to show me how to order on UberEats. I think my room was in Hostal Terra 1, though I don't know whether it's different from Hostal Terra 2-3-4.

It's a basic, no-frills hotel or motel. At $16 for a single room, it could be a little cheaper given the location.
