10/10
It was clean and the rooms were very comfortable, with great prices. The place is quiet and a great place to spend a few days in Quito, very near Carolina park and the tourist hotspot. A great choice for staying in the city.

They advertised breakfast for an extra cost, but there wasn't any breakfast at all. They said they took credit cards, but charged a 12% service fee. Keep well away.

Eyeperceptor was there. The place was very nice, clean and safe, and the service was good.

10/10
A comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay with good service. The prices aren't the cheapest, but they match the service.

10/10
The hotel is in a quiet area with good connections, near the metro and several shopping centers, so it was easy to relax and get around the city. Four of us stayed in a double room over Easter and had a great experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were excellent, friendly, honest, dedicated, and always ready to help. We'd definitely come back, and I highly recommend it.
