Fernanda is such a welcoming host. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hostel stays quiet without much disturbance. Breakfast is filling and delicious. I made lovely memories and friends here, and would definitely come back 🥰🥰

The included breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were really comfortable. The hostel manager was an angel and helped us with everything. One of the best places we’ve stayed in South America. I’d definitely recommend it!

We spent five days in Quito, and Casa CarpeDM gave us a warm, authentic experience. Fernanda was incredibly kind and helpful. We slept well in comfortable beds, enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and loved the breathtaking view from the rooftop. The location is awesome.

Fher was a great host and can arrange tours, taxis, and airport transfers. We also took the free walking tour with Daniel, who was great fun and knew a lot about the historic centre. This is a good-value hostel right in the heart of the old town. My twin room was fine for the price, and the simple breakfast made for an easy start to the day. Quito and Ecuador are getting fewer tourists because of a misconception about security risks. We took normal city precautions and had no problems, and the well-policed area felt safe. If you’re on a budget and want to stay near the historic centre, this is an excellent choice.

Fernanda was absolutely amazing. She arranged several tours for us at great prices and helped sort out a health issue. The place is in old Quito, with a great location and a local feel.
