Beautiful views across Quito, reliable Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water, and parking were all part of the stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen, in a nice, safe neighborhood. Couldn't ask for more.

The room smelled unclean, and its finishes were old and damaged. The location was only okay at best. I don't understand where the five-star ratings come from. This place was below average, and I'd choose an actual hotel instead.

The balcony has a beautiful view, and there's a lot of security. It's a very beautiful place in a great location.

I was met at the airport right on time. The building looks new, and the apartment had a lovely view and was very clean. They also gave me sightseeing recommendations for Quito. The owner checked in attentively to make sure everything in the apartment was alright. The area felt safe, with security around the clock and several places to eat nearby. I highly recommend it.
