We've stayed here several times while in Quito, and it's worth paying extra for transportation if you need to be elsewhere in the city. Everything is consistently clean, and the people working there are excellent. The room includes a great breakfast arrangement each day, and lunch is even better for a very reasonable price. There's absolutely nothing negative I can say. Stay here anyway and enjoy.

Even though the rooms were good and clean, I wouldn't stay here again. I came with a group, and we were all charged different prices. When I asked them to correct that, they gave me poor excuses: the person who quoted the price had quit, they couldn't do anything because I'd paid for all the days with my credit card, and when I asked for a supervisor, they said no. It felt unprofessional.

A nice little hotel in a convenient spot for visitors, and affordable too. The facilities are basic, but it's a good place to rest and sleep while using as a base for exploring Quito.

The room I booked was very clean and presentable, and the morning restaurant service and food were very good. It's centrally located across from a wonderful shopping center. Reception could do better, though, since the staff weren't very welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone.
