Hotel La Primavera is peaceful and beautiful, with wonderful staff. It’s right by a nature walk and not too far from the city center, so you get a nice mix of nature and city. Highly recommend it.

I stayed for about two weeks, and the staff kept checking that my room was made up each day. When an issue came up, like with the toilet, they tried to fix it right away. My room was great, though some floor planks were loose. The food was AMAZING and felt authentic. If I return to Ecuador or Riobamba, I’d love to stay here again.

Very quiet and homely, clean and comfortable. The locals who run it looked after us well. A relaxing place to spend the night.
