The room was lovely in many ways, but our double was small and cramped. On our last day there was no hot water, so we had freezing showers before we left. I told the front desk, but they seemed indifferent. For a hotel many people call the nicest and probably most expensive in RioBamba, not having hot water is unacceptable. The artwork was beautiful, breakfast fantastic, the pools nice, and the staff professional and kind. Otherwise, it was a wonderful hotel.

The pool is phenomenal, but it’s very slippery, so watch your step. The food is great and portions are usually big enough to share. If you’re really, really hungry, get your own entree. Otherwise, split one.

The kids had a wonderful time in the awesome pool area, and we’re already planning to come back. We stayed in a triple room, which was enough for us, and it was very clean. The staff were so friendly, and the breakfast buffet had everything you need to start the day. We loved this place.
