Our guide was friendly, helpful, and knew a lot. We learned so much, and the experience was incredible, with day hikes and a night hike. We saw beautiful waterfalls and even stood beneath one. It felt like a total Amazon experience. The food was delicious, made with fresh, clean, locally grown ingredients. Thank you so much 🥰

Our family trip to the Amazon was amazing. The local community, staff, rooms, and cuisine all made us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. We'll never forget our time in the amazon with Yachana lodge, and I'd definitely recommend a trip here.

I spent a week birding at Yachana Lodge and saw 55 lifers, with over 200 species in total. Paul is one of the most talented birders I've met. His eyes and ears were incredible for finding the species I wanted to see. I hope to come back soon and look for the birds I missed. The lodge is in an incredible spot, with a panoramic view over the Napo River and a landscape that's a feast for the eyes. The grounds are beautiful too, especially for anyone who loves butterflies. My room was lovely, and I enjoyed a hot shower after each jungle hike. From my deck, I could look out over the river from a hammock. The people working there are wonderful. Robert is kind and knows so much about the area, from its natural history to its local communities. He really cares about the place and made sure I was looked after and could do everything I wanted. Thanks to Rosa for keeping everything spotless, and thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay.

Tubing down the river, visiting local communities, hiking through the jungle, swimming under a waterfall, and falling asleep to rainforest sounds made for an incredible few days. This was the highlight of our Ecuador trip, and I loved every minute. Thank you, Robert and the team, for so many unforgettable memories 🙏

The birds you can see here are mind blowing. There are loads of insects to explore and admire, plus the occasional amphibian or reptile. We're a family of four with kids aged seven and 10, and the hikes and activities suited all of us well. Everything was thoughtfully planned and timed. Our five day/4 night stay at Yachana Lodge was extraordinary. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were kept up and cleaned, and fans helped with the warm evenings until it cooled down at night. Every meal was well made, sustainably sourced, and delicious.
