Varava Farm

The mornings here are so peaceful, with birds singing, and the breakfast in the modernized farmhouse is really good. There’s ham, cheese, Estonian breads, porridge, coffee and tea to choose from. We’ve stayed before and love the place, so this time we brought family from the USA. The owners are hospitable, friendly and accommodating, and the whole place has a quiet, quaint feel. There are plenty of outdoor things to do, including volleyball, basketball, Frisbee golf, swings, a trampoline, hammocks, a seesaw and nature walks. We also grilled in the outdoor kitchen, then sat around a small bonfire. You can stay by the main house or in little cabins farther away, near the forest.

After a long day with the kids, the sauna is lovely. There’s a comfortable place to pitch a tent, hot water and an outdoor kitchen for making your own meals, plus welcoming hosts. It feels like a little piece of heaven where nature recharges you. This was my fourth visit, and I’ll be back again 🌞❤️😍

You can really make yourself at home here. It’s relaxed and down to earth, with friendly staff, good food and cozy rooms and cabins. I’d recommend it!

A calm atmosphere, lots to do, friendly owners and a tasty breakfast made this a very nice place for us. It works well for families, kids and couples. I’ll visit again when I’m in Saaremaa.
