Telliskivi is right next door, with lots of restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the train station or Old Town. Some rooms have balconies. Ask for a higher floor if you can, since people heading to the lifts and stairs pass the lower rooms. A north-facing balcony gave us a view of the northern lights! If the building code doesn’t work, try the luggage code. It’s a good little aparthotel in a modern building, mostly with studio flats. There’s a lift, but some rooms may be awkward for people with mobility issues. The rooms were clean, well laid out and everything worked. The hallway was quiet and the lobby comfortable. Chat support was friendly, and even the chatbot was better than average. Rooms have basic cooking equipment, chargers for all phone types, and a smart TV with the usual streaming services you can log into. There’s Estonian TV too, though only a few channels. I’d recommend it and stay again.

The second room was where things went wrong. It had a mini fridge instead of a full-size one, the TV was coming off its hinges, and the sheets were stained. I tried contacting support, but it spoke only Arabic and replied about once every two hours. After two days of trying to sort it out, I gave up and used ice packs to keep my medication cold enough for the week. Three days later, when I finally reached support in English, they said they’d “look into it” and there was really nothing they could do because they weren’t on site. I had to switch rooms mid-stay because of availability, which wasn’t a big deal by itself. The first room was fine. Maybe I was just unlucky, and perhaps this place is fine 70% of the time, but do you want to pay for a hotel where you’re left to figure things out in a foreign country when something breaks? I wish I’d stayed anywhere else.

A clean, quiet and practical room that felt almost new, with really comfortable mattresses. It’s a cozy place close to town, especially Fotografiska and the area around it. I’d recommend staying here when you visit Tallinn.

Whenever I needed something or had a question, the online staff got back to me quickly and helpfully. The apartment had everything I needed, plus thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming.
