The room wasn't ready for a guest when I arrived: the bed had the previous guests' used sheets, the towels were dirty too, and the apartment was generally untidy. I got in late and had to leave at 6 am, so I had no real choice but to sleep on that bedding and use the unwashed towels. I sent photos and timestamped screenshots to both the property and Booking.com. More than a week later, neither had offered a proper solution. Booking.com gave me almost no useful help or apology, and the €10 compensation for a €60 stay is nowhere near adequate. This was extremely disappointing, and I can't recommend a place that rents out a room in this state.

The yellow house was quiet enough and clean, and our renovated apartment No. 5 had two bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and an equipped kitchen. We were one adult with two children and stayed six nights. We sometimes walked in from the city center, though we usually took the tram or bus. The airport is four bus stops away.

The location is kind of good, but this feels more like long-term rental rooms with shared toilets than a hostel. Some rooms are fairly normal, to be honest. Still, the place is dirty and constantly smells of smoke. In winter the heating doesn't work at all, and the rooms have no sound insulation. The back door is always open, so anyone can get into the building. I've seen homeless and drunk people come in and go up the floors, checking for unlocked doors. The toilets and bathrooms are dirty, maybe around 60%. The beds seem unchanged since the rooms were set up, smell of sweat and other weird things, and there can be small insects under the windows and in corners. It's an option if you're stuck and need a cheap room for a few days, but I wouldn't stay long-term.

We turned up at 10:45 pm, well before the 11 pm cutoff they'd given us, but they'd already sold our room. We had booked around 1 pm on Tuesday. The woman at the desk said she'd called about an hour earlier, though we hadn't received any calls. Wouldn't recommend.

Wouldn't recommend it. I stayed once and the room was really dirty. We found plenty of better places in the Old Town for less money.
