Hossam made the stay especially memorable. As the restaurant concierge, he was kind, professional, and genuinely thoughtful, and his dining recommendations were right on. He made each meal feel easy and enjoyable, and his warmth and pride in Egypt came through whenever we spoke. He’s a lovely example of Egyptian hospitality, and Dhara Residence is lucky to have him. The whole staff helped make the visit comfortable, too. The hotel itself was peaceful and beautifully kept, with spacious, comfortable rooms. Everything was well organized from arrival, and the cleanliness and attention to detail stood out. It seems well suited to either a business trip or time to relax. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the residence is clean. Since it sits in an industrial area, it makes sense for business trips around 6th October. I wouldn’t choose it for a regular family holiday or vacation.

Getting to the factories I work with was easy because the hotel is close to the 6th of October industrial area. I also found it affordable, spotless, and equipped with a lovely pool. The welcome was warm, the staff paid close attention, and the manager was especially kind. In Egypt I often pay more for less, but I was genuinely satisfied with the service here. I recommend it.

This was my second visit, and it was even worse than the first. Last time they apologized and asked me to change my review, so I did. Now the rooms and bathrooms are disgusting, with hair everywhere, and the whole place feels like a horror movie. I can't believe it's called a 3-star hotel. It's the worst place I've ever stayed, extremely disappointing. Don't go, it's a nightmare!
