The rooms were missing many essential things, and the employees responsible for the place treated us poorly. The whole hotel felt old, unclean, and unsanitary.

It's an okay hotel. Nothing perfect, nothing terrible.

The pool view is nice, but that's the only good thing I can say. The rooms were disgusting and full of sand, and I could smell sand while trying to sleep. It was so cold that I had to keep my hoodie on. The faucet also stopped working at times. There's no TV or activities, no customer service, and the service was terrible. Everyone was extremely rude. If you get hungry during the day, there's nowhere to get a snack, and the place is very far from a supermarket. I really don't recommend it.

The location has a lovely view and the pool is nice, so that's where the one star comes from. The rest was a horrible experience. The place was dirty, and despite being “under renovation,” the rooms were extremely old and had damaged walls. There was no hot water.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help whenever they could, but the hotel itself really wasn't good. It's extremely outdated and badly needs maintenance. In the room, pretty much everything was broken, loose, or dirty. The bathroom vent is open, so you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms.
