Panacea feels like a homely place for families. I had a wonderful, relaxing day there, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful the whole time. Lunch from the open buffet was fresh and well prepared, with a nice range of tasty choices. The desserts were the one letdown. The rice pudding and sweets like on Ali weren’t as good as I expected and seemed short on milk. A little more attention to dessert would make the experience even better. I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend it to anyone after a pleasant, relaxing day.

Kerolos made our visit especially memorable. He showed our Uber driver where to pick us up, then checked that we’d reached our destination safely. The room service meal we ordered late one night arrived quickly and tasted delicious, and the bellman took care of our luggage. Our Deluxe Twin Room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was included and a great start to each day. Panacea Suites Hotel on Borg El Arab Road is beautiful, peaceful, and has a homey feel. It’s about a pleasant 45-minute, 50 km ride to Alexandria, so it’s convenient while still away from the city bustle. We had a great stay and highly recommend Panacea Suites to visitors in the area.

The activities were lovely for adults and kids, and we felt safe throughout. Everything from the cleanliness and food to the service, hospitality, friendly staff, and warm welcome was perfect.
