I felt safe here, and the atmosphere was friendly and efficient. Joseph at the front desk and Remy were great. The service was wonderful, with lots of good food to choose from. We especially enjoyed Egyptian Nights, with its live Egyptian music and cultural cuisine. Ahmed kindly showed me the real way to eat stuffed pigeon. The hotel is beautifully placed for trips to Giza, GEM, and central Cairo. I’d definitely try to return.

The palace is a real pleasure to wander through, the facilities are excellent, and every staff member we passed greeted us. Security was excellent too. We ate several good meals there, with the Italian food being the best; both the service and food were great. I stayed twice within two weeks, and both visits were exceptional. The rooms were great, and the front desk staff were unbelievably helpful. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again if I’m back.

At Amro Café inside Cairo Marriott Hotel, Touqa made my visit feel special from the start. She greeted me with a warm smile and was genuinely kind and attentive. She also took time to point me toward local Egyptian food, explaining which dishes to try, what tastes authentic, and where to find good local spots. Her detailed suggestions showed how much she wanted guests to have a memorable, real experience in Cairo. Touqa’s professionalism and warmth really stood out. I’m grateful for her hospitality and help.

Ahmad helped me check in early at 0500 after my 10-hour flight, when I was exhausted. He went out of his way to get me settled into a lovely suite, and I’m looking forward to coming back. I stayed in the Gezira tower and had great views of the Nile and gardens. The palace section is breathtaking, and its gardens are a peaceful break from the busy city. Staying at the Cairo Marriott feels like stepping back in time.
