The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. El Frida Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its central downtown location made it easy to get around and close to major tourist attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The room worked really well for me, with a modern European design and a spacious bathroom. Cleanliness wasn't a concern. The location in Cairo is great. Breakfast didn't meet my expectations, especially compared with hotels in Giza, but for the price, I think El Farida Hotel is one of the best picks in Cairo.

The laundry service was great and cost very little extra, and breakfast was good. Staff were hospitable, especially Yousef. It's in a busy part of Cairo, but being on a side street kept it from getting too loud. I enjoyed my stay here.

The breakfast was very basic, with few choices. During our three days there, they seemed to serve old cakes and similar things every day. The bathroom taps were rusty and water leaked inside the toilet, while the air conditioner kept making a loud cracking noise. I told reception and asked them to fix it, but they didn't seem to care. This is not a four star hotel. They should focus on fixing these problems.

Good value for money, and I'd recommend Hotel El Farida. It's right in the centre of Downtown. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Yoseph at reception, who was very kind and professional.
