Good location, but the rooms varied a lot. The first-floor rooms were good; my second-floor room was terrible, with stains on the bed, all kinds of bathroom problems, and some furniture fixed in an unsafe way. They should have let me stay in my original room. My extended booking was only about two dollars less, and booking.com gave me no other option, but they put me in a bad room. Don't be surprised by a bad review, then.

The staff were the highlight, always ready to help with the warmest smiles in Egypt. NOHA especially was wonderful 🫶🏼. Our room was clean, and each day breakfast of a different kind arrived at our door at the time we requested. Great spot for exploring old cairo. Fully recommend.

The location is handy, right by a metro station, and the room was clean enough. Breakfast was good, and it felt like good value for money. The staff were sweet and helpful, especially Noha, who was always just a text away whenever we needed something.

Reception was friendly, but they forgot our breakfast. Cleanliness was acceptable, though not very clean by European standards and not as good as other reviews made it sound.

Downtown gets very noisy, but the extra thick windows make a big difference. There's a lot to see nearby, and many useful shops are within walking distance.
