The only reason I'm not giving one star is that they refunded us after we complained. Otherwise, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The noise was awful, with people slamming doors so hard it woke us up. There was no help with luggage and no accessibility support. The room itself was filthy, with dusty surfaces and stained, smelly sheets that clearly hadn't been changed. There were no tissues or basic amenities, and it seemed like the room hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We had to buy our own sheets. There was also a crack in the door you could see through, which felt like a serious privacy and safety issue. Don't be taken in by the nice building and good location.

Yousef and Ahmed made everything run smoothly from check-in through check-out. They were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful, and their hospitality made the stay easier and more enjoyable. Travelholic Residence in New Cairo is clean, modern, and well maintained, with a comfortable, quiet feel that works for short or long stays. It's close to main roads, restaurants, and services while still peaceful. I had a great stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable place in New Cairo.

My stay was amazing, and I'll book there again. The staff were experienced and more than helpful with check-in and checkout, including the timing. They greeted us well, too. Cleaning was very good, and they're working to make it excellent.

The place was clean, and the receptionist was hospitable. But I was trying to sleep at 1 am before traveling the next morning, while very loud noise came from a neighboring room outside my studio apartment. It kept going until 3 am, when I checked out. It was an okay-ish experience overall, but I wouldn't recommend it to someone in my situation.

We appreciated the calm, residential location after days out exploring, and getting around New Cairo was easy. Uber was readily available and arrived quickly. The room was comfortable and had what we needed, though a few small room-level adjustments could make the experience even better. My wife and I were visiting New Cairo for the first time and had a fantastic stay. The people really stood out: from arrival onward, the staff were helpful, smiling, and genuinely welcoming. We'd gladly return and recommend it to friends and family.
