The room upgrade from the front desk was a lovely touch, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The breakfast food was excellent and there was a very good spread, but the room was overwhelmed with people. With too few tables and staff, we waited for a table to be cleared, for utensils, and for coffee. The staff were trying hard, though they just couldn’t keep up.

The Sohour evening at Fairmont Nile City Hotel was a real highlight. The food was delicious, carefully prepared, and laid out with lots of choice. Staff were warm, attentive, and professional, which made everyone feel looked after. The hotel itself feels elegant and luxurious, and I was comfortable as soon as I arrived. A lovely evening in a beautiful setting, and I’d recommend it for a quality Sohour in Cairo.

Dinner at the Gold Lounge was enjoyable, with staff who were attentive, accurate, and genuinely helpful. The spa was relaxing and professional too, a great chance to unwind. Check-in also felt smooth and welcoming, thanks to Ms. Reem and Mr. Eslam, who were patient and professional. The hospitality throughout was excellent, and I can see why the hotel has a Forbes Four-Star rating. A pleasant stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back soon. Lim

The service really stood out, with friendly, attentive staff and very comfortable, clean rooms. There’s a varied restaurant selection and everything I tried was high quality. My stay was perfect, and I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling in Cairo.

Our stay was over far too soon. The spa was exceptional, the food outstanding, and the staff made sure we felt welcome and accommodated our needs. The hotel is beautifully appointed and wonderfully comfortable. Every need was taken care of.
