The staff were unprofessional across the board. Breakfast felt like a scam, with very, very few choices. I don’t recommend it.

An absolutely terrible stay. Egyptair booked me here after my flight was delayed, but for a business class passenger this should never have been the hotel of choice. I have no idea why Egyptair treats its customers with such disrespect. The hotel was dirty and shabby. I had lunch and dinner there, and the meat wasn’t fresh, it seemed more likely to have been prepared a day or even two earlier. This place sums up every bad stereotype you might have about Egypt.

It’s an old hotel, though you can tell the staff are trying to keep it in decent shape. A gentleman came to fix the AC, and it seemed to switch on, but it still wasn’t actually working. I had to give the place a five-star rating.
