Turtles Beach Resort

The car was stuck in a narrow entrance and couldn’t reverse unless the gate was opened, but the security supervisor still refused to open it. He also wouldn’t let us drive in to unload our luggage, even though we’d agreed to unload first and then move the car outside the compound. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. What made it more surprising was that the supervisor had his own car parked inside and was sitting away from the gate instead of handling the situation. Poor management and this kind of behavior make the place unsuitable for a family looking for respectful, organized service.

The private beach was our favourite: about a 30 second walk from the rooms, with plenty of clean sun loungers. The pool was lovely and very clean too. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond, and we thought the restaurant was lovely with loads of options. Great value for money, and we were very pleased with our stay.

It worked well for a short stay, around two weeks for us. This is a residential place, so most of the apartments are owner-owned. If you rent from one of them, you can use the restaurant and limited bar, and the beach is right there.

The rooms and apartments were clean, tidy, and well organized, and the place was cleaned more often than you’d usually expect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s parking for your own car, and delivery drivers can find the resort easily since supermarkets, restaurants, and shops all know it. Thank you for all the effort put into this place.
