Holy Sheet Plus, Boutique Hotel

The staff from reception to the kitchen were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They arranged excursions and transportation for us, including a wonderful New Year’s Eve at the Pyramids of Giza. On the morning we left, they even prepared breakfast early so we could take it with us. The location is perfect for exploring Cairo and close to many attractions. Our room was clean, had everything we needed, and offered a very nice view. Breakfast was filling, very good, and had plenty of choices. Congratulations to everyone there. I’d choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit.

The staff welcomed me so warmly and were always ready to help. Their service made me feel like family, and we even formed a real friendship during my 4-night stay. I’ve rarely had such a good experience. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had lots of choices, and the strong, fast Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a soft, cozy bed, working air conditioning, and hot water whenever I needed it. You can tell they care about guests and notice the details. The restaurant team served us so well and always had a great attitude. At the hotel, Alex Fouad, Francis, and the rest of the guys were constantly there when we needed them. They were polite, smiling, and took care of everything, making us feel like family. Honestly, this may be the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The hotel food was fresh and high quality, and the restaurant view is something else. The staff were friendly and smiling without being pushy, which felt rare in Egypt. Our room was roomy and came with toiletries, a fridge, and even a microwave. It was spotless, with fresh towels and water brought every day. We also booked tours through the hotel, and everything went as agreed. They pointed us to some local restaurants that we really enjoyed. The location is ideal, with what you need nearby, and being in the centre felt very safe. Highly recommend!
