The apartment I was assigned was in such poor condition that I cancelled and filed a complaint through the booking platform. I got a refund. The furniture was broken, torn, and stained, the walls were moldy, the tub was peeling, the stove didn’t work, and the washing machine had no water. There was no WiFi, either. It wasn’t fit to rent, and dealing with the problems was exhausting. Communication with the young woman managing it was poor because she was taking exams. She later said the other apartments were occupied and that she’d try to move me to a better one the next day. I suspect the owner double-books and leaves unlucky guests with the run-down units, though I can’t confirm that. See the pictures and decide for yourself. No one should spend their holiday sorting out accommodation problems and changing apartments. This place was disgusting. I’d give it negative stars if I could, and wonder whether the advertising is false or dishonest. These properties should be removed from booking platforms.
