Noor and Batool were especially welcoming, professional, and helpful. The hotel was well run and very clean, with a great location. My room was clean and ready, and had the basic things I needed, including fresh towels, shampoo, toiletries, and other essentials. Breakfast was fresh, satisfying, and well organized, and they were open to special requests. I had a very good stay at Motel 5 Square Hotel. It’s good value, and I’d happily stay again. One small thing that would make it more convenient would be an electric kettle in the room for tea and coffee. I recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo who wants a clean, comfortable place with good service.

The receptionist Hassin was attentive and incredibly helpful with everything we needed. The rooms have recently been renovated, and the hotel is nice and centrally located. It can be tricky to spot from the street, so putting up a sign somewhere would help.

The hotel was very old and in bad shape. I booked through the Booking.com app, but when I arrived, it was full.
