Please avoid this hotel, especially if you're a woman travelling. We had our brother come to visit, but staff wouldn't let him into our family suite because he wasn't registered there. The way they stared at me and my sister made us very uncomfortable. The room itself was basic and had no amenities. Internet access was limited, the TV signal kept cutting out, and the mattresses were awful. They didn't clean the room each morning or provide regular toiletries, and the mini fridge was extremely noisy. On another family visit, we booked the family suite and were charged extra for four people. They still didn't give us extra towels or proper water, tea, or coffee. Again, I'd avoid staying here.

The location was the only good part. My friend had booked two rooms with single beds, but on arrival we were told the hotel only had king beds and never had single ones. We ended up having to share a bed in each room. I'm also trying to get my refund. The manager, Tony, said verbally he'd approve it once Booking.com contacted him. Booking.com confirmed they'd emailed him several times, and I offered to forward his reply as agreed with them, but he keeps ignoring my calls and messages. I wouldn't stay here again and would warn my friends away.

Zamalek is a good area to stay in, though downtown has more of a local feel. The hotel location worked well, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a mini fridge. Internet was good, but there seems to be a limit of two devices per room, so bring a SIM as backup. Breakfast was decent, though it could use more choices, especially fruit. Overall, a good hotel.

For a one-night stay, this was great value and a perfect base for exploring Cairo. The room was clean and comfortable, and the place had a warm, relaxing feel. Staff were so kind and welcoming. I loved it.

I paid for the stay, but after what happened I don't want to sleep there. I felt uncomfortable, unwanted, and really upset. I want my money back. It was a horrible experience, and I regret talking to them. I asked whether a guest could visit, and the man who was meant to help was incredibly rude. I kept explaining that she would not stay overnight, but he repeatedly interrupted and insisted she would. He said, “I remember you stayed up late with a girl,” meaning my sister, and my dad was confused. He was especially disrespectful to my dad, saying, “The guest will sleep because, hahaha, you know how girls are in a room it’s wild lol.” I was disgusted by the comment. The man and a female colleague giggled loudly in front of us, which felt like mockery and was embarrassing. They acted as if it was nothing, and he made childish noises with a pen as though teasing a kid. He kept making the point that money would solve it. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and upsetting. I wondered where HR was and whether the team had even the basic tools to do their jobs.
