The rooms were clean, with very comfortable beds, and I'd definitely stay here again. We were welcomed right away by a friendly concierge who shared useful tips. Unlike places where I hear you're constantly being sold things, here they kept offering us tea and coffee for free, which was really nice.

As a girl, I felt safe here, and that matters a lot to me. The people were extremely polite and respectful. The place was so clean, even cleaner than the fanciest and most expensive hotels. The staff can help with whatever you need, and they remember you and what you prefer. I'd choose this hotel over anywhere else. Highly recommended! 🥰

For this price range, this is seriously one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are friendly, helpful, and cooperative. I'd definitely recommend it, and I'll suggest it to friends who hope to visit Egypt in the future.

The prices are reasonable, and the hotel is in a suitable location. I met an employee named Amira, and honestly, I've never met anyone like her for good manners and the way she treated me.

The location is perfect for getting around downtown, with many places nearby. I found the service and atmosphere amazing, and breakfast was great. The hospitality was lovely, especially from Amera and Aya, who were friendly and helpful. Amera was cheerful, active, and handy. My stay was comfortable and nice, and I think I'll come again, especially to "Velvet 1915", the branch on Maarof St., Talaat Harb district. The room had no view, and its lighting could be improved. There was no TV, though the wifi was good.
