I stayed in both buildings, left and right, while recovering from surgery, and the place made that recovery a nightmare. I found the conditions unacceptable and the cleanliness awful. I developed skin problems during my stay, and the water seemed heavily chlorinated and irritated my skin. Constant smoke and loud noise left me physically exhausted, with strained, discolored eyes. I also felt the pricing was dishonest and discriminatory. I saw rates around 600 EGP, about $12 USD, per day, while Americans and other foreign tourists were charged nearly 2,000 EGP for the same substandard rooms. This place is a health hazard, and management seems exploitative. If you value your health and money, especially as a tourist or someone recovering from a medical procedure

I spent about eight months here while at university, and it was a frustrating place for a long stay. Hamdy at reception was the one consistently good part: respectful, professional, helpful, and the only person who reliably treated guests properly. Some other staff did try to help when they could. There were ongoing maintenance problems in my room. The wall was damaged, the lamp wobbled, and the kitchen cabinets were stained and partly broken. Many issues were ignored. The room also wasn’t properly cleaned when I moved in, so I had to clean everything myself. The elevator smelled bad most of the time, adding to the neglected feel. I also felt uncomfortable around the maintenance worker, who was overly talkative and nosy instead of keeping things professional and focused on the job. Safety and management were another major concern: my car was hit while parked under the hotel, and the manager was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern. I wouldn’t recommend it to students or anyone planning an extended stay.

I’m back for my third stay, and I always feel comfortable here. The rooms are really clean, and the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Mr hamdy. Best place ever.

It felt like being at home, and we’ll definitely return. The room was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. A really excellent hotel.

I felt at home from the first day. The room was spacious and comfortable for two, even with several bags, and had a fully equipped kitchen with a modern fridge and a large, clean bathroom. For the price, the quality honestly surprised me. The hotel is in a modern, upscale area, with Point 90 Mall, Midtown Center, and The Spot nearby for shopping, meals, and evenings out. The location was excellent during my trip to Egypt. The daytime receptionist was friendly, supportive, and funny. When I lost my passport, he was patient and caring and helped me a lot through a stressful moment. I’d highly recommend the hotel for comfort, convenience, and good service in a stylish setting.
