Breakfast comes with the room, and card payments are accepted. The rooms are in reasonable shape for such a low price. Being right in the city center makes it easy to get around. My only issue was the windows: they don't block sound well, so street facing rooms can get noisy at night.

A lovely place to stay, clean and quiet. Great location.

The room was clean and decent for the price, with a great balcony. The bathroom was okay, and McDonald's is right next door on the left. Reception was welcoming and polite. My mattress wasn't to my liking, although my friends said theirs were good and had no complaints.

The view was nice, but the reception service wasn't friendly. I asked for room cleaning and was told okay, but nobody came the next day. When I asked again, she said she'd come after cleaning reception first, but she never showed up. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but she said there wasn't any. The TV stopped working again after the manager fixed it the day before. When I told the receptionist, she said it wasn't her job and that the manager had already dealt with it yesterday. The manager was good, but I think the receptionist should be changed. She makes you feel like you're there without any money.

It was an easy base for shopping, with downtown Cairo and fast food and other places to eat just a short walk away. Prices felt affordable for what you got, and management seemed experienced, with staff responding promptly to guests. The hotel has well behaved staff, English speaking employees, a 24 hour front desk, and tourist services. It was clean and secure, with safe rooms, room service, and standard laundry service. Some rooms have a nice balcony, and there's a good continental breakfast. Felt like a home away from home.
