We found it easy to get some calm time at the beach and pool even though the resort was busy. We were there for five nights, all-inclusive, and the food was consistently good, with plenty of variety. There was one evening of entertainment, which suited a relaxed, low-key stay. Our beachside room was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, with detailed housekeeping each day. The balcony was a lovely extra, and the grounds were immaculately kept. From arrival, the staff were attentive, friendly, and quick and warm in handling every request. We felt looked after throughout. Swiss Inn Dahab has great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

The location near the diving centre is good, but I can't see why the price is so high. It doesn't feel worth it. Food choices are limited and usually not very good, and the room feels dated, especially the bathroom. There was almost no hot water during the day. Service was mediocre and confusing every time, the WiFi signal was poor, and there were flies everywhere, on people, food, and the garbage bins.

Our experience was bad from the start. We arrived to sit at the beach bar and were inspected and asked a lot of questions. When we asked why we had been checked so thoroughly, the receptionist wearing glasses, Ashraf, responded rudely instead of apologizing. That wasn't a professional way to treat a customer. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Good value overall, and the beach service and cleanliness were great. Rodaina from Guest Relations was fantastic. The food was OK, though the chef kept asking for tips or favors.
