This was the worst stay of our Cairo trip. My family booked three nights, with a suite and another room, but nothing was working and the customer service was awful. The suite was extremely hot because the AC was broken and dropping actual ice onto the floor. We didn’t get shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, or even towels. We switched out of the suite and left after one night. Although the booking was refundable, we never got the money back for the two unused nights or the suite. We were also charged twice, once through booking.com in US dollars and again in Egyptian pounds in cash, because the front desk guy hadn’t realized we paid online. Don’t waste your time here.

Breakfast in front of the pyramids of giza was a highlight, and I had such a lovely time swimming in the pool. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location looks out over the pyramids. The staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged trips to oasis and alexanderia, plus a camel ride and a t v at affordable prices. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If I return to egypt, I’ll stay here again.

We had a great stay in this spot in the pyramids area. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were helpful. The view is amazing, including from the swimming pool. I recommend it.
