The rooftop view is wonderful, and all the hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Masry and Ahmed Tamer, the waiters, were especially brilliant: funny, kind, efficient, and they remembered us from our short visit the week before. I'd highly recommend it.

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast had everything we wanted, and the staff were always polite, smiling, and ready to help. Room cleaning could use a little improvement, though.

The rooftop terrace was a real highlight, with terrific pyramid views, food and drinks to order, and heaters on cooler evenings. We also found the staff very friendly and enjoyed the breakfast. For our two nights at Stay Inn Pyramids Hotel, it was a satisfactory place for our Egypt trip, especially compared with some other stays. The room needs some practical improvements. The desk partly blocks the wardrobe, the TV didn't work for either channels or smart features, and the air conditioner was extremely loud even on its lowest fan setting. Noise from outside continued all night, and the streetlights kept the room quite bright. Cleanliness could be better as well. I really disliked that the towels were hung right above the toilet, which felt unhygienic. Bedside tables and small lamps would also be useful.

A comfortable place to stay, with a lovely view across Giza’s plateau and the pyramids. The staff are kind and provide excellent service. It's a good base for exploring Western Cairo.

We were there for 3 nights on our current trip to Egypt. The rooms and service were good, and the staff were friendly. Wi-Fi worked very well, with good speed and no interruption. The location wasn't especially good, and the food was just okay.
