The room furniture feels like 2-3 star quality, and the pool closes too early, at 5:00 pm. The resort has a beautiful beach, and the buffet offers plenty of generally fresh, tasty dishes. The red wine and whiskey, though, were not good at all.

We spent 7 days at Bella Vista Resort and had a pleasant, relaxing holiday. Its compact layout is a real plus: the beach, pool, restaurant and lobby are all about a minute’s walk away. I especially liked the lush garden in front of reception, a lovely place to sit outside and watch football. The small beach is beautiful and well kept, and our room cleaner and the lobby bartender were true professionals. The hotel has plenty of charm, though the All-Inclusive setup needs work. I was disappointed that the minibar beer and soda and the poolside ice cream cost extra. The buffet was okay, but the dishes and desserts got repetitive after 3 days. Some staff seemed too focused on tips, and without one, service could feel slow and reluctant. For the price, it’s a good hotel, and I really enjoyed the location and cozy atmosphere, though it’s not perfect and there are better resorts. It’s a solid choice if you want everything nearby, just expect some extra costs.

We had a quiet, relaxing 8-day end-of-year holiday and everything went smoothly. They put on a wonderful dinner, show and celebration for all the guests to mark the end of the year. Great.

The hotel’s modest service comes with a great spot on lively Sheraton Street. It’s an old city hotel with a small but green plot and a narrow beach. There’s a charming cafe on the pier with a gorgeous sea view, and you can visit it from the street even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

We had a great holiday and will be back. The location is perfect, about a 15-minute walk to the marina, and the animation team were all friendly and enthusiastic. All-inclusive service ends at 11, which I feel could be later.
