Hotel apartments - Selena bay Resort

The staff created such a warm, calm atmosphere, and we felt well looked after the whole time. Julia from Guest Relations was especially attentive, warm, and helpful. This was our second visit for a relaxed, luxurious family holiday. We felt welcome again, and both of our children received thoughtful, personalized welcome gifts. We’ll definitely be back.

I’ve lived in Selena for over a year and had generally been quite satisfied, as had my family. But lately, something has been very wrong. There’s no fence between the hotel and the desert, so wild stray dogs can wander freely inside. Selena has lots of children and pets, and this is not safe. I’ve seen videos of the dogs killing and eating cats, which is horrible, and two of my cats have also been victims. Security does absolutely nothing. I saw a security guy on his phone while a whole pack of dogs casually walked in. We’ve complained to management many times, but they say they’ll do something and then don’t. These dogs are aggressive and dangerous, and other animals and people, especially children, aren’t safe here. Please be aware of this before deciding to come.

The rooms are very clean, the food is very good, and the animation is a lot of fun. The hotel respects its visitors, and management is very good. Thanks to all of you.

Everyone on staff made us feel welcome, and I want to give a special shout-out to Hussin. His kindness, professionalism, and eye for detail made our stay memorable. He made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. If the hotel appreciates its team, Hussin deserves praise and a well-earned raise! 😉 We’ll definitely come back.
