The price is fair, and the owner is a very nice person. The area may not look like much, but the people living here are very nice. It's an apartment, so don't expect hotel conditions. It's clean, with a bathroom boiler, balcony, stove for cooking, and a TV in the living room. There's a laundry 100 meters down the road. If you want to mix with locals and find cheaper places to eat and shop, this is a good place to start.

We stayed for three weeks in this very large apartment. The owner was friendly and helpful, the beds were good, and the bedrooms had air conditioning. There were fans in the living room. It's a 15-minute walk to the main street.
